About
Founded by
Leanne Marie
Relationship Ready was founded by Leanne Marie, a Counselling & Psychology graduate with four years' frontline experience working within domestic abuse. Her professional experience includes supporting victim-survivors experiencing complex housing-related needs, risk and barriers associated with domestic abuse.
Leanne has undertaken safeguarding training throughout her professional practice and created Relationship Ready to bring practical frontline understanding into prevention education and professional training.

Before any student-facing delivery, Relationship Ready agrees the following with the school or setting:

Students are never asked or encouraged to disclose personal experiences to the group.

Pilots complement your existing safeguarding, RSHE, wellbeing, HR or internal referral structures. They do not replace them.
